Cargo that arrives exactly as specified
Neer Exports supplies industrial and agricultural goods in bulk to importers, traders, manufacturing plants and institutional procurement.
We are a sourcing and supply partner rather than a manufacturer. What we add is the work between the enquiry and the bill of lading: matching a specification to the right producer, fixing terms in writing before a price is committed, and putting the cargo on the water with its documentation already complete.
It is a deliberately narrow promise. Bulk trade fails in a small number of predictable places, and almost all of them are settled at the enquiry stage rather than rescued at the port.

Thirty lines, five verticals
Each line is quoted against an agreed specification rather than a generic listing. Where a buyer works to a tender drawing or an in-house standard, we quote to that instead.
Army and tactical
Combat boots, helmets, tactical vests, riot control gear, rucksacks, camouflage fabric, officer overcoats, caps, wool blankets, sleeping bags and woollen socks.
Agro commodities
Indian grown rice, wheat, millets and pulses, with groundnut, walnut, sugar and urea fertilizer N46.
Petroleum oils
Base oil, furnace oil, light diesel oil, mixed hydrocarbon oil, marine turpentine oil and recycled oil, for boilers, furnaces, blending plants and marine use.
Petroleum coke
Raw and calcined petroleum coke for cement kilns, calcination plants, steel and aluminium producers, matched to burner or anode requirement.
Sulphur
Granular and lump sulphur for fertilizer manufacture, sulphuric acid plants, agriculture and industrial chemistry.
Six commitments that shape every enquiry
Specification before price
Grade, packing and test parameters are confirmed in writing before we quote. The figure a buyer receives is the figure that ships, so there is nothing left to renegotiate once the cargo is at the load port.

One point of contact
A named person carries an enquiry from first message through to loading. Buyers are never handed between departments as an order moves.
Bulk-first logistics
Container, break bulk and bulk vessel movements, with flexitank, drum, bag and carton options chosen to suit the cargo and its destination.
Paperwork travels with the goods
Certificates and inspection reports are prepared alongside the cargo, not chased after it. Documentation that lands late costs a buyer more than the goods.
Built for repeat orders
Standing contracts and call-off schedules for buyers running recurring monthly or quarterly volumes.
A fast no beats a slow maybe
Every enquiry gets availability, indicative pricing, or a clear explanation of why we are not the right supplier for it.

What travels with the cargo
Requirements vary by product, destination and incoterm. The set below covers what we routinely prepare, and the exact list is confirmed for your shipment before booking.

Send the specification. We will send the number.
Product and grade, quantity per shipment, packing preference, destination port and incoterm, and your target shipment window. That is enough for us to quote, usually the same working day.
