We agree grade, packing and test parameters in writing before a price is quoted, so the figure a buyer receives is the figure that ships. That discipline is the same whether the order is 500 pairs of combat boots against a tender drawing or 500 tonnes of petcoke against a burner specification.

We supply importers, commodity traders, industrial buyers, defence and security procurement, and institutional buyers placing recurring orders. Shipments move FOB or CIF from Indian ports in containers, break bulk or bulk vessel, depending on the cargo.

Certificates of analysis, MSDS, phytosanitary certificates, certificates of origin, fumigation and third party inspection are prepared as part of the shipment rather than chased after it. Send us the product, quantity, destination port and shipment window, and we reply within one working day.

We confirm stock or a production slot, match the closest grade, and flag anything that needs adjusting before you commit.

Written quotation

An offer with spec sheet, packing, incoterm, validity and payment terms attached. Nothing left to interpretation.

Inspection and dispatch

Sample or third party analysis where required, then packing, documentation and loading at port.

Then the repeat order

Call-off schedules and standing contracts for buyers running recurring monthly or quarterly volume.
